The Northwestern Baseball Program is offering a Winter Prospect Camp for high school athletes looking to take their game to the next level. Participants will be instructed in all phases of the game, including hitting, pitching, defense, and base running. Camp will include a combination of physical metric testing, defensive evaluations, batting practice, skill instruction and simulated game play. Members of the Northwestern Baseball staff will be present, serving as a great opportunity to get a behind the scenes look at what it means to be a Northwestern Baseball Player.
Proposed Camp Time: The camp will start check-in at 8:30am at Mogentale Training Facility. The length of the camp will depend on the total number of campers. The Northwestern Baseball coaching staff estimates the camp will end no later than 3:00pm CT.
Site & Facility: The camp will be held on the campus of Northwestern University, located 10 miles north of Chicago. The camp will take place at Mogentale Training Facility.
Additional Information: Please note that it is extremely important to provide a valid email address, as our confirmation and all communication will be sent via email. Medical Release Forms must be completed online. *After receipt of application, no refunds will be given.
General Information: Each camper must bring their own baseball equipment. Players will need a helmet, bat, glove, and molded cleats or turf shoes (no metal spikes). If you have any questions concerning camp, please contact the Camp Coordinator through email at baseball@northwestern.edu.
